Oi Anna, eu gostei demais do seu trabalho. Me identifiquei com o seu canto e adorei sua banda. Eu faço questão de ouvir seu novo cd assim que estiver pronto. Voce precisa vir cantar aqui no Brasil e pelo que me parece, vc gosta bastante da nossa música, que por sinal é muito boa mesmo. Sucesso pra voce, seu trabalho tem muita qualidade. Um grande abraço!

Salve hermanos de carretera, los temas que tendre puestos para escucha en mi pagina son versiones de temas Standards, Brasileños, Americanos y Latinos que he produzido y arreglado como una forma de hacer un homenage a algunos grandes compositores. Los canté con la "visión" que tengo de los mismos...
Ire también poniendo composiciones mias a lo largo del tiempo.
He tenido el honor de tocar con algunos de los grandes Maestros de nuestro tiempo (sus nombres estan abajo en la pagina) la musica hace parte de mi vida a nivel profesional desde los catorce años. Ese "regalo" que Dios me ha dado, es algo que agradezco todos los dias y que intento pasar a mis hijos, asi como mis padres y abuelos me lo pasaron a mi. Creo totalmente que nuestra profesion es una Mision de Fé, Respeto y Humildad.

Bud Shank - West Coast Jazz

Jazz innovator Bud Shank passed away April 2, 2009 at the age of 82. Shank carved out a fascinating career as a jazz saxophonist and flutist. He came of age musically in Los Angeles in the early 1950s, helping develop the West Coast Jazz style. He also helped popularize the fusion of Brazilian music with jazz. JazzCorner.com's Jazz Perspectives producer and host Reese Erlich interviewed Shank about his life and music in 2000 when Shank was still living in Seattle. He passed away from natural causes at his home in Tucson.
